Your contact information was provided to us by a member of our local gas drilling accountability alliance. We are contacting you about the gas drilling site recently approved at the Ross1 Crumhorn Mountain location. The Maryland Town Board has scheduled a gas drilling informational meeting for July 22 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Schenevus Central School in Schenevus and everyone is invited to attend. Representatives of the Boy Scout Camp and members of the Maryland and Milford town/village boards and Otsego County Planning have been invited. During the informational meeting there will be a presentation on horizontal drilling by Dr. Ron Bishop, a Middlefield resident. Dr. Ron Bishop is a SUNY lecturer who will be presenting from his position as a chemist and Otsego County resident.
