There were 17 of us who hiked to Moe Pond on Tues., Aug. 5th. It was a beautiful sunny day and everyone enjoyed the many interesting plants and mushrooms. The trail led us past a beaver pond and through a beautiful Red Pine forest. We ended at Moe pond where everyone enjoyed lunch and the scenery. It was another 10 min. back to our cars where everyone arrived tired but happy. A perfect day!
