Report by Bev Hensle – There were 13 of us that hiked at Betty and Wilbur Davis State Park on a beautiful sunny and cool August morning. It was a perfect day to be in the woods. Currie found some interesting plants along the way and everyone had a good time. We all stayed to eat our lunch in the beautiful pavilion and no one seemed in a hurry to leave. Photographs of the group and Cup Fungus (Peziza sp.) are by Doug Fielder.
