Report by Julie Smith – Eighteen hikers met at Fortin Park on Tuesday morning for a cold but enjoyable two mile walk around the perimeter of the Park. We stopped many times to enjoy the scenery along the Susquehanna River. Ducks, Canada Geese, two or three raptors, plus many tracks of small animals were seen. Since many of us were experiencing cabin fever because of the holidays and some very cold weather, it was great being outside in fresh air getting some much needed exercise.
