Chlorinator Road Walk – October 1, 2019

Report by Bob Ciganek and Julie Smith – When is a road not just a road? When it’s Chlorinator Road! Sixteen ADKers discovered uncommon beauty as its roadway followed a pristine brook with steep roadsides covered with ferns and mixed hardwoods. This hike will be the year’s last of abundant eft crossings and the beginning of Canada geese migrations. Together and tick-free we took to four miles of open road. Join us next time!  Tag photo by Irene Jervis; other photos by Betsy O’Brien.
