Report by Genda L. Bolton – And how do you take your “Coffee?” “Black!” For that winter morning jolt, on January 14, ADK members enjoyed a large mug trekking along the Black Coffee trail at Homer Folk’s State Forest. Along the hike we were delighted by lush green moss blanketing spectacular rock formations. An unusual tree formation provided a natural picture frame for an outstanding photo op. The mild temperatures and good company was the “cream in our coffee.” So for those of you who need a morning boost, a trek along the Black Coffee trail will certainly do the trick. By the way, it’s decaffeinated, and best of all, free! Photo Credits: Fred Johnson
