Gilbert Lake State Park, Tuesday, February 17, 2009. Under a cloudless ceruleon blue sky, eighteen walkers (some withsnowshoes) enjoyed the hard-packed wide, snowy loop trail though mostly wooded land. It was a great day to be outside, no wind nor bugs! Photographs taken by Serina Bangilan.

Surprisingly, eighteen people showed up for a walk on the Oneonta Greenway on Tuesday. We had to cancel our trip to Hick State Forest/ Roseboom Nordic Ski Trails because of icy conditions.
